Fighting blight is a vital part of our mission. Neglected properties not only detract from the appearance of our neighborhood— they invite undesirable activities, create unsafe conditions and depress property values.

Our association takes an active role in identifying blighted properties and working constructively with the owners, city officials and law enforcement to ensure improvement.
